List Your Rental

If you have a rental property you want to advertise online, you have come to the right place! Our service is professional and affordable. We offer several price packages to fit your needs. The descriptions of the various package deals are listed below.

Basic Package - $40
This lists your property for one month in our database. For this package, you must provide the images.

Photo Package - $80
This lists your property for one month in our database. For this package, I will shoot pictures (maximum 6 rooms/images) of your property. We use high-resolution cameras for these images.

Additional Services:

Extended Listing - $10/Month
If you have a property that you rent seasonally and would like to not have to pay the $40 dollar set up fee every time you want to list the property, we will maintain the listing in our database for only $10/month (or you can save money and buy a whole year's listing for $100).

With this service you can activate or deactivate your listing with a simple email. Without this service, at the end of the month, the property will be purged from the database and the owner would need to pay the Basic Package fee to have the property re-listed.

Panning Movies - $40/movie
In addition to our photo services, we can also develop panning movies of any room in your rental property. These movies run in the Quicktime movie player (free download) and allow the user to "turn around" inside the room, panning to the left or to the right. These movies cost $40/movie. If the movies are purchase in addition to the Photo Package, the price per movie will be reduced to $25/movie since no additional travel is required.

You can advertise your business on these pages. There are several size/page view combinations available. Please contact us directly and we will discuss those options with you in detail.

Payment Options

To decrease the cost to the customer we accept payment via check or money order only. The listing will go active on the day the payment is received. Customers maintaining listings in the database will be billed on a monthly or yearly cycle depending on which method they choose. The bills will be sent two weeks prior to the billing date to allow time for payment to arrive.
